Once your booking reaches us, we'll check to verify if your information with the booking be complete and valid, and make necessary contact with you. And then we move to proceed the booking. Once your chosen private guide is primarily confirmed, you will be reported immediately.

Upon receiving your deposit or full payment, the booking is fully fixed, otherwise the primarily confirmed private guide is still open for the other travelers on the "first come (of payment), first served" principle.
