It's very important to note that, by our unique ladder-rate-system, you can rest assured of guide's experience perfectly matching their chosen rate - higher rate means more experience serving OUR clients, lower rate, less experience.

As rate is an indicator of experience to serve OUR clients only, it does not necessarily reflect candidate's qualification in general. Actually, there are always highly qualified, experienced guides come to apply for our freelance job. However, under fair play rule, every newcomer is required to directly demonstrate his/her value by "invisible hand" of market, every newcomer is set to start at the lowest daily rate of RMB 300, no matter how much experience s/he has gained before. If you have enough time to study photo and profile of those candidates with lower rate, most probably you will find some highly qualified candidates who could perfectly matching your expectation.
