When to Pay

You have two options to make the payment:

1. Make full or partial payment in advance (recommended)
2. Make full cash payment in 15 minutes upon starting the service

By Option 1, your chosen private guide will be fixed for you, and you can rest assured of the availability of on-time service - our private guide will be there awaiting for you on time under any circumstance.

Option 2 is less favorate to both traveler(s) and us. As we have to bear the financial risk of possible last-minute cancellation or no-show from travelers without full payment or deposit, in turn they have to face the lowest priority. Also, to avoid further risk with taxi and time cost, the private guide will leave for meeting traveler only after the traveler calls us to verify his/her presence upon arrival, which may postpone the service to start for 1-2 hours.

How to Pay

* Major international currencies acceptable according to real-time exchange rate with Chinese RMB.
* Please always remember to enter info EXACTLY FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTION, and make NO any mistake. Otherwise unexpected delay and/or trouble will raised from financial institutions involved.
